We are in search of an experienced Senior Tech Talent Partner (Recruiter) & Recruiting Operations individual contributor with a strong background in full cycle recruiting across a variety of technical domains, and ideally, with a specialization in two or more areas such as software engineering, hardware, machine learning, data science/engineering, product/design, and IT. You will collaborate closely with our existing team, contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying innovative sourcing strategies. You will directly engage with executives and organizational leaders to spearhead key hiring decisions that drive our business forward. This is also an ops role to shape recruiting processes as Oura scales. As a vital member of our team, you will be an expert in recruiting, driven to create diverse and high-performing recruiter enablement processes. This is a unique role with 70% focus on tech recruiting and 30% focus on recruitment ops.
Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting in San Francisco, this role offers the flexibility of working remotely within the USA where Oura operates.
What You will do:
- Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline
- Partner with talent teams in the US and Europe to define, build documents and improve existing recruiting processes.
- Partner with talent vendors to define service-level agreements and refine contract terms
- Led or support projects including metrics, reporting, and budget planning to align on business and system processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, reporting regularly on results
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Collaborate with colleagues on the People Operations team to support the healthy evolution of the company through thoughtful organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility to promote career development and cross-pollination
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in a wonderful candidate experience
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- At least 6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting for talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- At least 3 years in sourcing and closing senior-level candidates in technical roles
- At least 2 years of experience with process workflows and creating standard operating procedures for recruiting
- Experience with multiple ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiter enablement projects
- Experience working in a global team is strongly preferred
- Exposure to talent operations function within in-house or agency is preferred
- Ability to wear many hats, be a team player and navigate ambiguity
- Demonstrated passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
- Experience influencing recruiting and people functions and helping them develop strategic recruiting processes

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1 $160,000 - $170,000
- Region 2 $152,000 - $161,500
- Region 3 $144,000 - $153,000
