So, what’s the role all about?

The Senior Technical Writer will manage the NICE Technical Knowledge Management System, developing and publishing content for internal and external stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with SMEs across NICE domains (R&D, Support, Professional Services) to ensure clear, consistent, and error-free material, while also maintaining and monitoring the system to keep content relevant, searchable, and updated per NICE standards.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Collaborates with SMEs to create accurate, consistent technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Supports corporate wide teams to develop, edit, and produce technical implementation, support, and troubleshooting knowledge, ensuring that all materials are produced in a standard format.
  • Guides project teams on knowledge management best practices.
  • Optimizes processes by leveraging knowledge in collaboration with business units.
  • Ensures high-quality content through editing and adherence to NICE standards.
  • Manages the knowledge base structure, eliminates duplication, and ensures searchability.
  • Provides valuable input on product requirements and usability.
  • Analyzes knowledge base usage to ensure ongoing effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 4+ years of experience collaborating with technical specialists to translate complex information into user-friendly documentation.
  • Strong research, analysis, and writing skills to develop clear, well-structured technical content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing projects for on-time delivery of high-quality technical documentation.
  • Meticulous editing skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Office Suite for document creation.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Understanding of SaaS Contact Center technology
  • Experience with Generative AI Tools
