Senior Technology Executive

Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Senior Technology Executive to provide executive-level leadership to the strategic technological direction of the organization. The CTO will establish and execute technology strategy and lead all aspects of new technology development.

Clearance:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provides technological expertise and leadership in the areas of technology planning, development, implementation, information security, network operations, and related technical support.
• Collaboratively develops and implements strategic initiatives and solutions to company objectives.
• Leads, directs, and controls all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including planning, defining system requirements, budget development, systems design, system controls, analysis testing, implementation, and post-implementation monitoring of system effectiveness.
• Formulates and oversees technology-related strategic objectives, including intellectual property (IP) as well as data privacy and security strategies.
• Drive new technology and product ideas through proof-of-concept stages and facilitate launch of product/technology development in support of customers.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IntelliBridge Technology Innovation Group.

Minimum Experience/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 20 years of leadership experience in IT and a track record of driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability with at least 5 years of experience developing, communicating, and implementing strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with potential new customers, build relationships, and explore new markets.
• Deep technical knowledge of relevant technologies, and the ability to drive technology innovation.
