Qualifications
Required Work Experience
- 5-8 years of related experience.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with securing iOS and Android mobile device hardware operating systems.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Volume Purchase Program (VPP).
- Experience with Apple and Google Developers Programs.
- Experience with Apple and Google Beta Programs.
- Experience with Tier 3 escalations.
- 5+ years of experience in providing implementation and engineering support for an enterprise device management (MDM) solution.
- To include policy management and creation, application distribution, security profiles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Server Architecture.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and experience operating within a cloud service provider's environment. 5+ years of experience with conducting systems analysis activities, including analyzing and documenting system requirements.
- Experience with developing and executing test plans based on system requirements.
- Experience with developing mobile-focused technical documentation.

Working Conditions
- Sedentary with extended periods of sitting and standing.
Security Clearance
- This position requires that the applicant obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government security clearance.
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens in order for the SAA to submit your application for a security clearance.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
