Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing guidance, standardized templates and artifacts to support IT business segment / IT business service / IT technology service in the development of their strategy; injecting the overarching IT strategy into the various specific strategies, as required; understanding implications of key trends affecting IT and leveraging these insights to influence their strategic planning efforts.
This is a Hybrid/Flex position working in the Chicago office three days per week and remotely two days per week.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree AND 4 years of work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6 years of experience in strategic planning
• Experience managing strategic or high-impact projects or products
• Ability to translate complex processes and concepts into simple frameworks
• Experience developing executive and board-level presentations
• Understanding of basic organizational structures, business strategy and supporting technologies
• Awareness and interest in current business, technology and data science trends

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• MBA/Master's Degree preferred
• Computer Science or Data Analytics degree
• Top-tier management consulting experience
• Health care/insurance industry experience
• Experience in research methodologies and approach preferred

Base Pay Range$97,600.00 - $176,300.00
