Role: Senior Test Automation Engineer

Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Technologies worked on:
Programming - Python, SQL, JavaScript
AWS based data services - AWS services like S3, API Gateway and Lambda, Any ETL tools, BI Dashboard
Testing Tools:- Postman, Selenium, JMeter, Playwright

Requirement Description:
• Experienced in understanding ETL and BigData Testing and different modules to test the solution end to end

• Experienced in understanding Data warehouse and cloud platform(AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Experience in drafting Test plans, Test scenarios, Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Script and track test results for closure

Must have
• Proven experience as a QA engineer for managing testing deliverables
• Experience with testing a full stack WebApp with Front end, Back end and ETL modules
• Experience with writing ETL automation test scripts using Selenium and Python 
• Working knowledge with SQL databases like MYSQL, Oracle, Redshift.. etc. is mandatory
• Experience with functional automation testing and create automation scripts for end to end business flow
• Knowledge of automated API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Knowledge of JMeter for Performance testing
• Ability to understand user perspective and test edge cases on front end

Good to have
● Experience with testing CI/CD pipelines built using AWS services
● Expertise with test management tools like JIRA
● Understanding of Project Lifecycle in Agile
● Ability to collaborate with other members of team to understand the modules
● Ability to draft the Test plans and Test reports in clear language
