Senior Test Engineer

GCyber is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to manage a program supporting US Army intelligence and security operations critical to mission success. As the Senior Test Engineer, you will design and execute advanced testing solutions to evaluate system performance, ensuring compliance with DoD Standards and mission-critical readiness.
As the Senior Test Engineer, you will:
 

• Design and implement comprehensive test and evaluation solutions to measure system effectiveness, suitability, and survivability in alignment with DoD and Army guidance.
• Conduct both manual and automated tests, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for system improvements.
• Identify gaps in current testing methodologies and introduce improvements to streamline and enhance evaluation processes.
• Provide informal training on test and evaluation methodologies, equipping team members and stakeholders with the skills to maintain high testing standards.
• Develop test plans that align with operational and security requirements.
• Conduct scenario-based functional testing for emerging capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
 

• Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (STEM major preferred).
• 5 - 10 years experience in system testing and evaluation, including automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile testing, Linux environments, and security tools.
• Previous experience supporting US Army INSCOM or other defense intelligence experience preferred.
