Job Description
Responsible for all test related processes, KPIs, methodologies throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts.
Your key tasks:
- Test processes, standards and templates definition and maintenance
- Projects’ deliverables review (Test Plans, SIT/UAT/NRT Exit reports, Test Closing Phase)
- Review and coordination of Test effort estimates and testing scope for new offers
- Standard estimation templates maintenance
- Test Key Controls review and maintenance
- Monitoring and control of Test Key Controls evidences
- Provisioning of audit evidences to E&Y
- Internal and external audit phases management
- KPI definition for test effectiveness and efficiency
- KPI Framework creation and maintenance
- KPI analysis during all Test Lifecycles
- QC Application administration (“Application Owner” role)
- QC Accounts management and Users support
- QC Application monitoring (performance and issue management) and maintenance (Licenses, version upgrade)
- QC Reporting dashboards maintenance and evolution
- Coordination of new developments, candidate for Test Automation and governance of TA demand
Qualifications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology
- Experience and strong knowledge of the banking and/or finance industry or other regulatory environments
- Working knowledge of OpenText QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office Suite
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent
- Knowledge on API testing
- Experience of testing in Agile context
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competences
- Structured and rigorous approach
- Team player and strong client-orientation
- Ability and flexibility to work in a highly challenging environment
