Senior TPM

 

 

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Technical Project Manager (Senior TPM) to lead our technical project management efforts. The Senior TPM will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence across project teams.

Define project strategies, roadmaps, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, and oversee the execution of these strategies to achieve project success.

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance on project priorities, risks, and opportunities.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and expectations.

Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns or issues in a proactive and transparent manner.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team, promoting knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation.

Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, ethical behavior, and a commitment to excellence in project management practices.

Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and dependencies, ensuring that appropriate risk management strategies and contingency plans are in place to safeguard project delivery.

Establish quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics to monitor and evaluate project performance and outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery excellence.

Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project teams, fostering a mindset of excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects, preferably in the web development or digital technology space.

Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience in mentoring and coaching junior project managers and project team members, and a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
