Job Description

Reporting to the Group Tax Manager based in our headquarters in Switzerland, and member of a small team of tax professionals, you will be responsible for Transfer Pricing.

Essential responsibilities

• Analyse the activities of the different Business Lines and work out proposals for sustainable and well documented transfer pricing solutions
• Define changes and actions required to achieve the transfer pricing solutions worked out by also considering risk inherent to changes in transfer pricing methods
• Support the Business in operating the transfer pricing solutions
• Establish system for an efficient preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation by the local entities
• Advise the Business and Treasury on all transfer pricing related matters

Qualifications

• Master degree in finance/economics
• Experience in establishing transfer pricing solutions/strategies
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing in the commodity trading/sales sector (energy industry experience is highly appreciated)
• Experience in establishing transfer pricing solutions/strategies
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
