A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Marketing Transformation Team
Marketing Transformation is a team made up of experts across strategy & consulting, marketing technology, and content strategy. It is a strategic team that works with clients to define solutions required to deliver content experiences at scale. The team works closely with SMEs and operations, and leads the client transformation work stream.
What does a Senior Digital Consultant do at Hogarth?
At Hogarth, a Sr. Digital Consultant plays a crucial role in the Marketing Transformation Team. This role involves developing and implementing transformation strategies that align with client visions. The Sr. Consultant collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, encompassing teams from strategy, technology, and content. They lead cross-functional teams to provide client-centric solutions, ensuring creative content meets the highest standards. Leveraging their deep knowledge of craft, insight, and technology, they communicate complex strategies effectively to diverse audiences and guide junior team members towards successful project execution.
Role Requirements
- Proven background in strategy & consulting within the creative content production industry.
- Experience working with renowned global brands to enhance their marketing and content strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, content strategy, and the ability to drive transformational changes in complex environments.
- Prior experience working closely with SMEs, operations teams, and leading client transformation work streams is an added advantage.
Key Candidate Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various consultancy tools and frameworks, for everything from requirements gathering to change management.
- In-depth knowledge of craft, insight, and technology as it relates to creative content production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering client-centric solutions.
- Adherence to Hogarth's core values and dedication to delivering transformational experiences for clients that are both insightful and innovative
