Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Description

Brooks Automation is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst. This role is a key member of the global finance team and will support a lean treasury function. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day banking administration, cash reporting and investment activities, while ensuring an efficient banking structure to support global operations.

The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager and will be expected to collaborate with the finance teams all over the world as we drive consistent processes across all sites in the organization. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in accounting or banking, be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for weekly global cash reporting process while providing oversight to daily transactions
• Maintain JP Morgan banking platform and initiate user access roles across multiple legal entities and business sites
• Assist in the management of the company's bank accounts and maintain bank account tracker in accordance with company policies
• Monitor cash balances and initiate intra-bank transfers on foreign currency
• Initiate wires for quarterly dividends, debt payments, intercompany payments and other corporate-related expenses
• Validate and maintain ACH banking instructions for vendors
• Prepare monthly bank charges analysis
• Provide assistance to support corporate debt compliance and hedging processes
• Prepare and submit abandoned property filings
• Provide support to internal and external auditors for treasury function

What you'll bring:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting, banking or treasury experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Possess the ability to be a team player and work cross-functionally
• Experience working in a full life cycle of a project plan -- from concept through successful implementation.
