Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst (FIN-BKFL-08222022-001)

Introduction:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the Treasurer with daily cash management activities, cash forecasting, bank account & KYC management as well as monthly departmental reporting. This includes maintaining international treasury operations that supports a rolling cash forecast, daily cash positioning & management, settlements/confirmations, intercompany settlements, bank account management, etc. Participation (both as a team member and a leader) in global continuous improvement projects across cash and banking, partnering with related stakeholders and organizations (both internal and external) where applicable and preparing Treasury dashboards and reports to achieve strategic corporate metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth complex analysis to prepare company cash flow forecast and other needed variance analysis.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management for cash forecasting, funding and investment strategies.
• Actively seek to uncover operational and financial risks that could affect cash flow or be detrimental to business continuity.
• Design risk monitoring frameworks and reporting dashboards that present risks and mitigation plans or alternatives in a clear manner.
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the annual insurance renewal processes for coverages related to Property, General Liability, Automobile Liability, Crime, Cyber, Workers Compensation, Excess Umbrella Liability, etc.
• Evaluate insurance coverages, identify exposures, and assesses liability through evaluation of claims and loss data, statistics and trends.
• Special projects as appropriate and other Treasury duties as directed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (in finance or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of finance and treasury experience.
• Self-starter who will work to continuously improve Treasury processes while maintaining a rigorous control environment and compliance with various policies.
• Short term and long term cash forecasting to support business requirements.
• Corporate insurance renewal and broker relationship management.
• Foreign currency exchange execution and management.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adjust to situational and organizational changes and demonstrate strong time management skills.
