Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an innovative thinker, curious learner, effective communicator, collaborative team player, and self-starter to lead our treasury functions to the next level. This position will work up and down-stream within the treasury team and across functions, to drive process and system improvements. The ideal candidate should have more than five years of experience in the relevant field, and must have solid understanding of treasury, finance, and accounting principles. This position is ready and on track to management position.

The main responsibilities and characteristics of this role will include the following:

  • Oversight and improvement of current treasury processes in various areas of cash management, SAP subledger and reporting enhancement, FX Trade, cashflow forecasting and analysis (working capital/cash collections).
  • Expansion of the functionality of Treasury management system (Kyriba).
  • Perform month-end and quarter- end closing activities by meeting various deliverable deadlines.
  • Assist in SOX and year-end audit by providing required document that are compliant and accurate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervising experience is preferred.
  • Strong and broad treasury experience with solid accounting and system background is a plus.
  • Proven track record to lead value-adding projects to fruition resulting in higher efficiency and ability to scale in terms of cost and time savings.
  • Dedicated and collaborative team member with exceptional work ethic.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to thrive in fast paced environment.
