WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Treasury Analyst will have a wide range of responsibilities over a broad range of treasury functions, including working with their supervisor to handle global liquidity structures. The Treasury Analyst will have direct interaction with Financial Operations, Corporate Accounting, Tax and Legal.
Responsibilities:Â
- Create and manage cash flow modeling forecasts. Take a key responsibility in implementing approved funding strategies to deliver on capital efficiency and profitability goals.Â
- Implement Group payments architecture to ensure the most efficient payment flows across the organization, including multi currency physical and notional cash pooling, zero balance sweeps, inter-company netting, etc.
- Prepare Global cash positioning and oversee Global bank accounts to determine daily funding requirements.
- Actively participate in the Treasury Management System implementation project.
- Handle processes related to bank account opening, KYC, due diligence requests, and corporate guarantees to support the international expansion plan.
- Support ad-hoc analytical reporting request(s) on global foreign currency markets, interest rate environment, ratings of banking institutions, bank fees, short-term investments
- Manage Braze FX exposure trade ticket execution, review and validation.
- Effectively navigate all treasury and banking platforms and act as administrator to add/remove/update signers, submit legal entity name changes, open/close bank accounts, etc.
- Support the Treasury Department with reporting requirements including FBAR, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, annual SEC requirement, FX rate distribution, etc. as well as the implementation and documentation of policies and procedures that drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Coordinate with accounting on monthly inter-company loan transactions.
- Support the accounting department with the annual financial audit and provide the necessary feedback to auditor’s requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years proven experience at a multinational corporation
- 4 year college degree
- Knowledge of Treasury and Finance applications: City Financials, Kyriba, G Treasury, Netsuite, HSBC.net, CitiDirect, Oanda
- Exposure to multiple business models, operational complexity and international operations a plus
- Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills along with the ability to think and act strategically.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, research analysis and problem solving skills
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $95,000 and $115,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
