Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- Management and administration experience
- General knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets concepts
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Job Summary
As a Senior Treasury Manager, you'll assist in the development and execution of the funding plan of a rapidly growing, newly publicly held company. This position will primarily focus on the negotiation, execution, and management of unsecured financing facilities. In this role, you'll report to the Director of Treasury.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and maintain all financing facilities, which include securitized warehouse facilities, revolving credit facilities, inter-company lines of credit and the issuance of unsecured bonds
- Manage the issuance of new transactions including information requests from investment banks, rating agencies and senior leadership
- Oversee the calculation and payment of commitment fees and other financing facility fees
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all debt agreements including covenant compliance aspects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and covenant compliance certificates for all financing facilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and ratings agencies, including developing presentations and investor outreach strategies
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at providing insightful analytics to the business, including liquidity stress testing and balance sheet risk management
- Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of their team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
- Lead and mentor their team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
