Senior Treasury Manager

Job Description

The Senior Treasury Manager position is a global role that will manage a team of six and will focus on managing treasury and debt functions, credit and collections, insurance programs, foreign exchange risk (including hedging), liquidity, jurisdictional cash forecasting and administration of global bank accounts. The position will report to the VP Global Controller and work extensively with division controllers, tax, legal, corporate accounting and FP&A groups worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day activities in treasury function to meet financial obligations of the Company
• Oversee cash forecasting process while monitoring global daily cash positions
• Monitor excess cash and optimize cash in each jurisdictions
• Maximize return on investments in accordance with the company's investment policy
• Partner with key leaders in company to identify cash management process improvement opportunities
• Lead the company's FX hedging process including facilitating data collection and execution
• Manage global banking relationships
• Support the Global Controller and external brokers in managing corporate insurance programs
• Oversee credit, collections, billings, and the accounts receivable process.
• Manage LOC and debt compliance, reporting and interest rates

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of relevant business work experience
• 5+ years specifically working in a Treasury capacity
• Self-starter and ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in deploying best practice FX, treasury, debt and AR/Credit Collection processes
• Experience with online banking portals and platforms
• Strong excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
