Job Description

This role sits in the Group Treasury of ABOUT YOU. The candidate will report to the Team lead Treasury and work closely with the VP Finance and multiple cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a candidate who will support further development of the team in terms of
foreign exchange risk management, liquidity forecasting and financing.

The ideal candidate has strong financial and analytical skills combined with a great knowledge of the best practices in the treasury area.

Your focus will be continuous improvement, standardization and digitalization of treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Foreign Currency operations and support FX hedging strategy implementation
• Expand Foreign Exchange trading capabilities
• Support daily Treasury Operations including cash management, payment transactions, and system administration
• Optimize the group Banking Portfolio and integrate group companies into Cash Pooling
• Manage and expand Trade Finance lines and financing instruments
• Coordinate Intercompany Financing strategies with tax and legal departments
• Optimize the group Banking Portfolio and Liquidity Management
• Develop and maintain Treasury Reporting dashboard and KPIs
• Improve and implement treasury processes and policies

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
• 4+ years in Treasury, covering Cash Management, Liquidity, FX Management, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets
• Practical knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and loan documentation
• Proficient in Treasury Management Systems and trading platforms like 360T
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of SAP or Microsoft D365 is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders and share insights effectively
• Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment
• Professional certifications like CFA are advantageous
