About You:
A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
Creative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
Actively looking for and practicing new strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Deep understanding of our data architecture and tech stack, and be able to communicate effectively with data teams
Looks for competitor benchmarks and emerging trends
Strong ability to influence others with strong opinions on critical decisions and best practices
What You'll Do:
Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitability
Able to keep an eye on overall portfolio status and give recommendations on allocation of budget between all channelsÂ
Strategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including: Facebook, Instagram, Google, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, Influencer marketing platforms and much more
Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition
Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users
Work cross-functionally with product, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing
Responsible for people leadership/management to inspire efforts to prepare for identified challenges.Â
Influence resource allocation (budget, tool development, creative development) decisions for UA or game team to meet business objectives
Influence broader business decisions to help achieve game and UA team goals
Drive marketing tech projects such as defining SKAN scheme, conduct incrementally and attribution windows analysis, CPI projection forecasts, Yields projections etc.)
Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio
Ability to present and speak in front of leadership stakeholders from varying functions
Basic Qualifications:Â
BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
5+Â years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
Strong proficiency with Excel required, to analyze data and performance
Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
Experience with in mobile user acquisition
Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred
Success record in of UA discipline and has a pulse on the evolving UA landscape
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Apple Search Ads is a plus
SQL Proficiency
Games passion or experience
