Senior UI Architect

Atlanta, GA Hybrid

NCR is seeking a senior UI architect to lead the strategic direction of the web/mobile channels of the digital banking solution.

Responsibilities

• Align the Web and Mobile platforms to the overall UI strategy.
• Ensure communication amongst all teams

• Provide technical leadership to the team in solving technical challenges.
• Establish and maintain technical/strategic relationships with vendors and partners.
• Mentor team members including lead and senior developers.

Qualifications:

• Familiar working within the constraints of an established design system
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and standards
• Understanding of Responsive web design principles and developing for multiple channels, devices, and browsers
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field
• Providing direction and recommendations on emerging trends and technologies, framework, and development methodologies by conducting assessments of benefits, risks and how it best fits within the existing application environment

• Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Web:

• Solid grasp of modern web architecture with expertise in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
• 10+ years of experience working in web development with ability to architect and develop a scalable and maintainable website.

• 4+ Years of experience in React Architect role.
• Deep understanding in building object-oriented web applications in React.
• Should have experience in designing large applications.

Mobile:

• Experience in mobile application development and deployment

• 8+ years working in mobile app development.
• Expertise in React Native development.
• Experience with mobile dev ops including build and deployment through CI/CD, code signing processes, and app store submissions.
• Proficiency integrating with web services, APIs, and 3rd party libraries.
