Senior UI designer

We are looking for a talented and agile UX Designer who will be contributing to redesign our existing product with a “modern” customer-centric user interface and defining end-to-end experience for new products/initiatives, working collaboratively with other designers, product management, and engineering team.

Responsibility

• Design Process: Embracing the agile design process, collaborating with UX team & PMs, paying attention to details, being self-driven
• Visual Design: Supporting the UX team with creative design proposals, coming up with new ideas & UI solutions, while keeping the design simple, responsive, intuitive and user-friendly. Once the design is locked up in the team, create high-fidelity mock-ups and prepare designs to be passed on to the development team.
• Keep consistency across products. Working closely with the UX design team to achieve this.
• Design System contribution and maintenance with the rest of the team
• Motion design: Being able to create motion animation that aligns with our brand values, that don’t impact performance or hinder user experience.
• Icon design: Knowledge and experience in icon design. 
• Continuous Improvement: Inspiring a culture of design-driven product development
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Design, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams

Nice to have

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects or similar animation software
• Highly creative, being able to think out of the box and find new design approaches that work in our platform.
• Open-minded to feedback
• Good presentation skills and comfortable with justification for the design decisions you made
• Strong experience with the design process. Proactive and accountability
• Familiarity and comfort in working with engineers - willingness to learn the technical constraints of implementing certain design
