Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage user testing and persona development
• Facilitate and participate in ideation and prototyping sessions with the product team
• Contribute to the internal design system
• Contribute to all phases of the design process from research and prototyping, to design execution and documentation
• Collaborate with the development team to produce best in class interfaces and experiences for our users
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross functional teammates to understand product requirements, define goals and map design opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Designer role
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefits or Health Insurance companies is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Intellectual and professional curiosity
• Experience contributing to the overall skill sets of the team as whole
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
