Senior UI/UX designer

Boss Revolution: Calling App The mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

What the job involves

• Shape the direction and design language of our customer-facing calling application
• Build a deep understanding of mobile top-ups and eGifts and partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, POs, and operations to execute our product roadmap.
• Get constant and quick feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly.
• Think holistically across all Boss Revolution’s touch points and help create a cohesive customer journey grounded in user research. Grow and maintain our cross-platform, cross-functional design system.
• Lead workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma;
• High bar for quality and excellent visual, UI, and mobile interaction skills
• Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
• You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.
• Efficiency prototyping at appropriate levels of abstraction and fidelity.
• Bias towards systems thinking, anticipating the ripple effects that small and large design changes will have across all our products.
• Comfortable working in an open and collaborative design environment where feedback is sought early and often
• Excellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, LottieFiles, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent English, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Proven ability to create micro animations, UX gamification, and business understanding in past worked projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
