Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to help with our global expansion. Please note that the specified location is only for reference, the role can be performed elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Define design strategy for each product with product and market requirements in mind
• Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to the Product team
• Develop information architecture, interaction models, interaction prototypes, customer flows, schematics, and visual design for products
• Closely working with Product and Engineering to rapidly and iteratively prototype, including accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism
• Conducting customer research including usability tests

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design (web application design / enterprise software design a plus)
• Fluency in design and prototyping tools, Figma & Adobe Suite
• Experience working in collaborative, fast paced environment
• Strong visual design and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Preferably background in agency/consultancy
• Interest in/Experience in financial and other complex products
• All candidates are required to submit a portfolio to demonstrate design expertise (Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered)
