About the team

Responsible for the visual design of the company's product user interfaces, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, mini-programs, etc., providing users with high-quality and easy-to-operate visual experiences. Collaborate with product managers, development engineers, and other team members to transform product requirements and brand concepts into visual high-quality user interface designs.

What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct overall style design and layout planning for user interfaces based on product’s requirements;
• Responsible for designing icons, buttons, forms, pop-ups, and other interface elements to ensure consistency with the overall design style;
• Establish and follow design standards to ensure consistency and recognizability of product user interfaces;
• Continuously optimize interface design to enhance user experience and product’s usability;
• Work closely with product managers and development engineers to ensure that design solutions are implemented as expected;
• Participate in design reviews, propose improvements, and enhance the overall design level of the team;
• Keep abreast of industry trends and design trends to provide innovative design ideas for products.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or above in fine arts, design, or related fields, with more than 6 years of UI design work experience;
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.;
• Have good aesthetic ability, with keen insight into color, typography, and layout;
• Familiar with user experience design principles, and able to design from the user's perspective;
• Have good communication skills and teamwork ability, and can communicate effectively with different teams;
• Be passionate about design, with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Have excellent design work examples that can prove personal design style and level.
