Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a strategic and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with business acumen to create user-centered solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, with a focus on user experience and business objectives
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Propose innovative solutions that balance user needs with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Background in business analysis or product strategy
