Senior Unified Communications Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unified Communications Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communications (UC) systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and UCaaS solutions.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams Room Systems and Direct Routing.
• Manage 8x8 Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Office 365 integrations.
• Oversee Audio Visual systems, including ceiling speakers, microphones, and cameras, and ensure seamless integration with unified communications platforms.
• Utilize PowerShell and Active Directory for system management and automation.
• Work with Poly and Crestron devices, including Microsoft Teams Phone Systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience TEAMS or Skype for Business
• Troubleshooting skills
• English written and verbal
• Proven experience as a Unified Communications Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice, UCaaS, and Microsoft Teams Room Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Direct Routing, 8x8 Enterprise Voice, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with Audio Visual systems, including ceiling speakers, microphones, and cameras, PowerShell, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Poly and Crestron devices, including Microsoft Teams Phone Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
