Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer
We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer, acting as an UEM Architect, for Recorded Future’s Business Operations Team. The candidate will design and lead our mobile device management initiative. This role will support our organization locally in Boston as well as globally across the Recorded Future organization. This initiative is a fundamental building block for maturing Recorded Future’s security, operations, and compliance postures.Â
What you will do as a Unified Endpoint Management Engineer:
- Define the technical requirements for the selection and implementation of the UEM solution, working with partners to identify the best UEM solution to meet requirements, and leading the implementation in a phased approach
- Lead and execute PoCs as required to validate the design
- Prepare and maintain technical solutions and architecture documents, artifacts
- Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the UEM, ensuring enforcement
- Understand UEM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to Senior Management
- Collaborate with other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes including reviewing, designing and testing
- Act as a liaison with mobile carriers and vendors of mobile device hardware and software (e.g.:Â Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, Apple, etc.)

What you will bring to the Unified Endpoint Management Engineer role:
- 5+ years working experience with and implementation of UEM solutions, such as Kandji, Jamf, Datto, Intune, etc.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software including recent Microsoft, Linux, and Mac operating systems and common desktop applications
- Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software including iOS and Android platforms
- Experience packaging, automating software and configuring to endpoints
- Ability to script in PowerShell, Python, etc.
- Previous experience with Global Directory Service (GDS), Azure Cloud, Azure Active Directory, and Cloud Identity/GSuite
- Strong networking background, understanding firewalls and routing
- Ability to adhere to and meet deliverables following strict service level agreements
- Working experience of technical project management
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively within a highly dynamic and demanding environment
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
