Position Summary
We are looking for a Unity expert who feels comfortable working on the server side as well and taking things end to end. The ideal candidate will bring to the table high professionalism, where no compromises are being done and no corners are being cut. He will be independent, self motivated, self learner, and proactive, with a deep sense of ownership and a hunger for results.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of full stack development, at least 3 of them working with Unity engine and native mobile game development (Android / iOS).
• Strong knowledge of C#, design patterns and OOP.
• Experience in server side development, trade-offs, and best practices.
• Proficient in profiling for performance optimization and investigation of performance related issues in production.
• Strong collaborative and proactive mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working with remote teams, top communication skills - inside and outside the team.
• Performs well under pressure of high scale game live in production
• Enthusiasm for self learning and growing in a dynamic game development environment.
• Strong team player who sees the big picture and grasps the team's success as his own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of new and innovative gameplay features and user interfaces. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our game to take it to the next level.
• Utilize your Unity expertise to create and maintain game elements for our new mobile game.
• Create well-structured, maintainable code which is clean, testable, and well documented.
• Be able to estimate engineering efforts, and take an active part in planning the tasks ahead, while focusing on high quality delivery in a timely manner.
• Analyze, identify, and address any performance issues through profiling for performance optimization to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.
• Embrace startup and agile work methodology, respond well to changes.
• Work efficiently with remote teams.
