Senior University Recruiter - 8 month contract

Whatnot is bringing it to the world through a community-first approach, starting in the U.S. where retail is a $5T market opportunity!

We’re looking to hire a Senior University Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting to help us reach our intern and new grad hiring goals. You’ll have:  

• Be responsible for managing and supervising end to end recruiting process for high volume intern and new grad hiring, primarily technical talent for our engineering team
• Maintain a diverse top of funnel and source to fill gaps in assigned talent pipelines as needed
• Collaborate with and provide input and feedback to hiring partners regarding candidate hiring decisions
• Participate in strategizing, drafting, developing and maintaining job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics as needed
• Provide exceptional candidate experience for all candidates
• Responsible for identifying, planning and executing campus recruiting events as needed
• Some travel to campus events may be required as needed

• 4+ year of early talent recruiting and programming experience with emphasis in SWE intern and new grad hiring
• Experience hiring in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Passionate about candidate experience and providing genuine, positive experiences for all candidates in the pipeline
• A champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
• Comfortable communicating feedback to both candidates and hiring teams 
• Data focused, you track pipeline health to balance your priorities and set hiring manager expectations 
• Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, and staying organized
