We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent for our US-based clients. This on-site role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough candidate searches using various platforms and tools.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
