Senior User Acquisition Manager (App)
Job Description
You will be responsible for:

Planning executing and scaling app user acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads or other paid social channels with a focus on performance

Monitoring and optimizing account structure bidding models and audience segmentation
-
Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation
-
Collaborating with analytics creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition
-
Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity
-
Staying up to date with industry trends platform updates and evolving privacy regulations
-
Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions
Must have:
-
3+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition preferably in high-growth environments
-
Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads TikTok Ads Snapchat) and/or Google Ads
-
Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS CPA and LTV
-
Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
-
Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools
-
Proficiency using tools like Looker Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data
-
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
-
Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English

Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis
Nice to have:

Experience in web2app user acquisition
-
Experience in Health Tech FinTech or other regulated industries

Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management
-
Familiarity with GDPR CCPA etc.
