We are looking for a UX Designer to focus on designing the website experience!

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Conceive, Plan and own the development of high-end, consumer experiences.
• Assist in defining the overall digital strategies including requirements, architecture, wireframes, prototypes and documentation.
• Drive and own digital production, integration, and consistent design for across multiple platforms. (Website, Customer Portal, CRM etc.)
• Carefully consider persona mapping and customer journeys throughout a product's entire lifecycle.

• Drive research and usability testing via clickable prototypes.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and designs with both the internal teams and stakeholders alike; along with being comfortable voicing a customer-centric perspective
• Ability to speak to stakeholders as to design approach, best practices, recommendations and navigating forward progress.
• Create or assist with information architecture and UX design for complex interactive projects.
• Facilitate internal team communication, bridging the gap between strategy and design, to help advance the UX design process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Portfolio required, preferably with eCommerce and/or CPG experience (b2b experiences).

• Experience in user-centered design, design thinking tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma (a must), and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Able to understand and integrate with Data Management Systems (DMS)
• Comfortable working as a member of a global team, with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Highly professional and collaborative with a commitment to high quality standards.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with motion design & animation, to be able to convey and visualize animated elements.
• No coding required but familiarity with standard coding languages is a strong plus (Ex: HTML/CSS and JS) considered a strong plus.

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate's own expense. However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
