About The job

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will partner with Research and Product Strategy teams to help refine concepts and inform the strategic direction of new Operating Companies (OpCos) during the Discovery phase. UX plays an important role in understanding and advocating on behalf of the user. 

What you’ll do

  • Work with the Research team to help conduct qualitative research and user interviews to deepen empathy and identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Strategy to help tell a compelling user story. Leverage research and insights to illustrate the user’s current experience and explain how the concept can tangibly improve the quality of care received for various personas.
  • Actively contribute toward our collaborative process, constantly looking for opportunities to improve the way we work together toward our shared objectives.
  • Tactfully balance hands-on design work with thoughtful communication and planning.
  • Seek feedback from partners, stakeholders, and founding teams to better understand how we can meet their needs and best set them up for success.
  • Manage your time and priorities to support multiple projects at once and identify which activities and deliverables will add the greatest value for the founding team.

What you’ll need

  • You have 3-4 years of UX Design experience.
  • You master a robust kit of UX tools from user definition, journey mapping, workflows, and conceptual prototypes and the ability to recommend the right tool for the job.
  • You possess a sincere desire in improving the quality of care for people, and a constant curiosity in deepening your own expertise surrounding the intersection of healthcare and technology.
  • You have the ability to patiently advocate for the value and potential of UX Design at scale.

Full-time base salary range of $126,000.00 - $153,000.00 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
