Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer. In this role you will work with Linkwell’s technology team to deliver high-impact content-marketing solutions to leading healthcare organizations.

 In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:

Creativity

• Elevate Linkwell’s user experience to drive users to take actions that will improve their health and wellness.
• Create UX artifacts like wireframes, user flows, and product mockups.
• Advocate for forward-thinking solutions to UX issues.

 Collaboration

• Align the product, technology, and client success teams with proposed product enhancements.
• Ensure Linkwell solutions meet client creative specs and expectations.
• Identify, onboard, and manage additional design resources as needed.

 Product Expertise

• Create and use design systems that scale, and drive results.
• Make data driven decisions that improve program performance.
• Implement UX best practices with an emphasis on mobile design, usability, and WCAG compliance.

In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

•  Ability to improve program outcomes through improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
• Establishing a design workflow that is transparent and meets stakeholder requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging design trends and interface best practices.

 Requirements: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 5+ Years of experience as a digital UX designer.
• A degree in HCI, graphic design, or relevant field.
• Experience in an agency setting.
• An understanding of front-end development, user testing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch and Adobe XD.
• A track record of making digital products (and the teams who create them) better.
