About The Role
The Senior UX Content Strategist will be part of our innovative User Experience team and will be a thought leader and help drive impact across all experiences for our products. This position requires a proven track record of working within product design teams and experience designing digital consumer products from inception to launch. Â Come join us as we create engaging personalized experiences for our consumers across desktop mobile and app platforms.
This position is a 7-month temporary role providing coverage during family leave for a key member of our team. You will play an integral role in testing exciting new revenue-driving opportunities during this period. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our incubator Labs team (a fun and whip-smart bunch) while gaining valuable experience in conversational UX. You will work closely with talented colleagues and be fully integrated into our day-to-day operations.
Duration of temporary role: August 1 2024 – February 28 2025 (7 months) What You’ll Do

Drive high-level strategy and write high quality easy-to-understand copy for new product features and products

Continually push to improve content that will benefit customers and meet business objectives

Draft LLM prompts and work collaboratively across departments to refine your work

Seek out new uses of LLMs to help improve efficiency and enhance our product

Shape the user experience in collaboration with UX designers product managers data analysts and engineers

Lead product teams in smart user testing to inform our work

Maintain quality for our Design System and Copy Style Guides

Define yourself as an integral member of a fast-paced growing UX team delivering elegant innovative customer-centered design solutions to complex business challenges

Collaborate with product and engineering to define and execute strategy

Work with product partners to set priorities plan projects and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes

Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing subject matter expertise across content design storytelling interaction design visual design user research and online user behavior

Possess a sterling wit and copy editor’s eye to writing style grammar and punctuation
What We’re Looking For
-
8+ years of experience as a UX content strategist (or writer) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX solutions.

Skilled in Figma UserTesting.com Office 365 and LLMs like ChatGPT.

Proficient in the current state of web technology and best practices.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience with creating content and communicating effectively while delivering world-class user experiences.

Superb communication skills (verbal written and visual) and the ability to influence and build consensus. You can take creative feedback well and execute quickly.

Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
