What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer with 7-10 years of experience to lead the design efforts for our advanced AI-driven applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, a deep understanding of UX principles, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for all major products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that meet both business and user needs.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
• Advocate for UX within the company and contribute to the overall product strategy

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in user-centered design.
• Proven experience leading UX projects and mentoring design teams.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of front-end development practices and how design integrates with development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
• Experience with AI-driven products or complex systems is a plus.
• Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for all major products.
