The Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer is extraordinary at crafting intuitive digital experiences with a passion for understanding user needs and exploring innovative ways of meeting them. They have experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Development and Research teams to help refine ideas and bring interactions to life through mockups and prototypes. They have experience collaborating with UX Research to innovate and iterate design ideas based on customer insights. They have experience communicating design specifications and assets with development partners as well as creating/maintaining global design documentation within a larger design system. The Sr. UX Designer is expected to actively manage their own workload and deadlines with minimal oversight as well as offer design feedback and mentoring to other team members on a regular basis.

Essential Activities:

• Deliver final user interface (UI) designs, prototypes, and design specifications
• Participate in brainstorm sessions and drive consensus across the business, IT and design teams
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders including product owners, business teams, and technology partners to align with and achieve business objectives
• Think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design in order to grow the brand and create experiences that improve the lives of our customers and associates
• Ability to deliver presentations and design work to internal and external partners
• Participate in UX research, usability and A/B testing for continuous improvement of the experience.
• Provide feedback to other design team member

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience and a Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Self-motivated individual who thrives on finding ways to constantly improve programs by looking for new ways to enhance performance.
• Experience working across teams to synthesize feedback and input
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, including the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements
• Experience presenting to and advising senior management
• Sketch, adobe Cloud, Figma, Zeplin
