Senior UX Designer

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Sr. UX Designer  to join our UX team. As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll join a cross-functional team of researchers, architects, designers, and engineers responsible for shaping the user experience on the IAS platform. Our team employs lean, user-centric methodologies to understand the needs of our users, simplify their workflows, and design solutions that distill a massive amount of information down into clear and actionable insights. We support the needs of multiple product teams with research, visioning, design, and testing in a fast-paced agile environment. We maintain and expand the design system which provides the design foundations and components for everything we build. We also strive to use our unique skills to improve internal company processes, tools, and culture.

What you’ll do:

• Lead design projects of a variety of sizes and scopes.
• Work with our Product teams to define high-level requirements for new products and features.
• Translate requirements into effective design solutions that leverage our established design patterns.
• Document your solutions with low-to-high fidelity wireframes and annotations.
• Communicate clearly about your designs to other project stakeholders.
• Collaborate frequently with other members of the UX team in workshops and design critiques sessions.
• Build interactive prototypes for usability testing.
• Assist in quantitative and qualitative research and testing activities.

You should apply if you have most of this:

• Prior experience leading design processes in a B2B or B2C environment.
• BA/BS in HCI, Design, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
• Motivated to learn and collaborate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Figma, Sketch or similar apps.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates your problem solving and design skills.

What puts you over the top:

• Familiar with HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience with user analytics tools like Pendo and Mixpanel.
