About the role:

As a Senior User Experience Designer (UXD), you will work on multiple digital innovation projects, collaborating with both internal and external partners. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and enhance various digital experiences, making them more engaging and intuitive. In addition to your design responsibilities, you'll mentor junior staff, guiding UXD explorations, creating comps, interactive simulations, and product specifications based on user behaviors and needs. You will work closely with UXD colleagues and TD SYNNEX partners to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences, while also playing a key role in establishing design standards and guidelines.

What you'll do:

• Produce UX designs from sketches to high-fidelity simulations using InVision, Figma, or Sketch.

• Manage 3+ design projects independently while collaborating with UX peers.

• Contribute to UX design standards for consistent digital experiences at TD SYNNEX.

• Lead design-thinking workshops to understand user needs and inform business priorities.

• Influence pragmatically within the Agile Delivery framework intuitive and user friendly platforms for use by our customers and co-workers

• Ensure accountability for design direction, timelines, and quality.

• Identify research opportunities to advocate for users.

• Communicate UX insights to stakeholders and collaborate effectively.

• Provide and accept feedback openly.

• Mentor junior designers.

What we're kindly looking for:

• 3+ Years of relevant work experience is required.

• Design specific degree (UX Design, Industrial Design, Visual/Graphic Design or similar related Design majors).

• Design portfolio required

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree​

• Experience working within Digital Commerce, Ecommerce, B2B environments would be an advantage
