Job Description

Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Senior UX Designer with 7+ years of experience to join their team for a remote , 12-month contract .In this role, you will independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wireframing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process.

Responsibilities:

• Process Leadership: Lead the UX design process, establishing standards and methods for consistent, high-quality user experiences.
• Self-Management: Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and proactively solve problems.
• Clear Communication: Articulate design concepts and insights to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered principles.

Requirements:

• 7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel or other team management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
