Job Description

Visa is a product organization. We are developing cutting-edge Value-Added Services based on our accumulated and continually expanding data assets.

As we scale our cross-functional, agile product teams, we are seeking a UX generalist to spearhead product discovery and prototyping efforts, functioning in combined design and development sprint cycles of Benefit Platform business domain.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
* 2 or more years of work experience
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience designing enterprise and large scale (multi domain, multi-language) B2C or B2B products.
* Experience designing B2B and B2C responsive web applications and mobile apps.
* Understanding of design principles and methodologies like Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, Information Architecture, and Data-Informed Design.
* Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
* Understanding of design and product metrics.
* Experience constructing user journeys and story maps.
* Experience in actively contributing to backlog refinement through high-fidelity designs, story maps, and other techniques leading to improved shared understanding of the problem domain in the product team.
* Experience contributing to global design system (component library).
* Fluent communication skills in English and Polish to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Mural, etc.
* Understanding of data value chain and experience in data mapping.
* Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops, recognizing, and overcoming common pitfalls of Design Thinking, Design Sprints etc.
* Passion for problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering user-centric value with measurable outcomes.
* Experience with Gen AI and conversational design.
* Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Experience with prototyping in low-code/no-code tools to iterate on product hypotheses for ideal low cost-of-change handoff of pre-validated product concept to development team.
* NN/g Certification.
