The Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Researcher to join a growing UXR team. This Senior UX Researcher will be planning, designing and executing mixed methods of research studies.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Service design / service blueprints / designing and facilitating workshops
• Startups, regulated industries and/or healthcare
• Both consumer and internal tools

• Build - Conduct and deliver research reports and artifacts (eg personas and journey maps) to create a user research repository. You’re a great storyteller and can distill complex information elegantly.
• Impact - Deliver work that helps inform product decisions and strategic direction. You not only help to answer the question “is it built right?” but “are we building the right thing?”.
