Senior UX Researcher

• Plan and conduct mixed methods UX research (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics) to generate actionable insights that inform product design and development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development process.
• Collaborate closely with data science teams to generate comprehensive insights by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. Utilize this collaborative approach to inform product development decisions, optimize user experiences, and drive data-informed design solutions.
• Educate and advocate for the importance of user experience research and its benefits to the organization.
• Prioritize research projects based on business goals, available resources, and the potential for impact.
• Adapt research methods and approaches to suit the needs and constraints of a tech company.
• Communicate research findings in a clear, engaging, and actionable manner to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
• Mentor and guide junior UX researchers as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a track record of delivering impactful insights
• Experience running a UX measurement program to track and analyze key metrics, driving product improvements and enhancing user satisfaction.
• Proven end-to-end research expertise, encompassing planning, recruitment, interviews, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating those research findings.
• Strong understanding of various research methods and ability to adapt them to different contexts.
• Experience with user-centered design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $191,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
