Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for conducting research to identify user behavior and needs and to inform the design and development of user-centered products. This role will also play a key role in our research technique and tooling strategies. Reporting directly to our VP of Product innovation, this role requires a strong curiosity into how to fully utilize research tools and techniques to power a growing user centered product design org.

You will...

• Develop and implement research plans, methods and techniques to gather data about user behavior and preferences.
• Provide knowledge and opinions about research tooling
• Conduct usability tests, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other types of research to gain valuable insights into user needs.
• Assess research data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities and create comprehensive reports to share with product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product management, and data science, to ensure research findings are integrated into product development.
• Direct and mentor designers who conduct research, providing guidance and aid to help them grow and develop in their research capabilities.

You have...

• At least 5 years of experience in user research and a strong comprehension of user research methodologies.
• Strong diagnostic techniques and experience using data to drive informed-choices.
• Excellent communication and presentation experience, with the aptitude to articulate elaborate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of how to work proactively and oversee multiple research projects concurrently.
