    • Requirements

  • 5-7 years of UX research experience with strong mixed-methods skills, especially in B2B or technical contexts.
  • Proficient in building research infrastructure and managing participant databases.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in connecting research to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with GDPR compliance and ethical research practices.
