Job Description

Team: Design

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer in France.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape meaningful, behavior-driven user experiences within a cutting-edge digital product. You will work at the intersection of product design, behavioral science, and content, crafting intuitive and engaging in-product narratives that guide users toward positive actions. Operating in a remote-first, collaborative environment, you’ll contribute directly to user journeys that impact daily habits and decision-making. This is a hands-on, project-based role where your words will drive clarity, engagement, and long-term user value. If you enjoy translating complex concepts into simple, human-centered experiences, this position provides both creative ownership and measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and develop in-product copy across onboarding flows, feature education, user journeys, and engagement touchpoints.
  • Translate behavioral frameworks into clear, motivating, and actionable user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and behavioral experts to shape user journeys and flows.
  • Review wireframes and prototypes to identify friction points and improve clarity, usability, and engagement.
  • Create reusable content patterns and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice while adapting messaging to different user states and journey stages.
  • Analyze user engagement and drop-off data to continuously refine and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products.
    • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content and in-product experiences.
    • Experience working on behavior-driven products such as health, education, fintech, or habit-building platforms.
    • Ability to simplify complex systems and concepts into intuitive, user-friendly language.
    • Solid understanding of behavioral principles, cognitive load, and user motivation.
    • Comfortable working in iterative, cross-functional, and remote environments.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with behavioral frameworks (e.g., COM-B), and experience in health, nutrition, or personalized user journeys.
    • Benefits:

      • Flexible, fully remote work arrangement
      • Part-time project engagement (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential for extension
      • Opportunity to work on impactful, user-focused products at the intersection of technology and wellbeing
      • Collaborative, international team environment
      • Exposure to innovative tools, AI-driven features, and behavior-based product design
      • Autonomy and creative ownership over content strategy and execution
