About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product/UX Designer to join the Product/UX Design team and collaborate in the evolution of our AdTech Platform. This role is focused on designing user experiences for new features hand in hand with the Product and Development team.
- Design detailed user flows, pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes based on requirements from Product ManagementÂ
- Clearly communicate UX solutions to relevant teams
- Thoroughly document your designs for effective development hand-offs
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on the implementation of your designs to ensure what gets shipped looks and behaves exactly how it was designed
- Conduct peer reviews of the designs for UX design team members
- Contribute to and help maintain a component library of UX and design elements for use across our platform for scalability and speed
- Ensure all components designed adhere to overall design and UX vision, and leverage existing design patterns and symbols whenever possible
- Collaboratively brainstorm and evolve feature UX’s with other designers, product managers and wider scrum team members
- Quickly iterate and offer versions based on design critique from peers or from learnings found in user testing or feature response
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to ensure executed work meets the UX vision
- Generate detailed requirements documentation and socialize them with Product, Engineering and other teams as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working on enterprise technology platforms
- Meticulous organizational skills to ensure all components and patterns remain organized, up to date, and accessible
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless user centric focus
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and emotional maturity
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Nice to Haves:
Nice to have skills that would be great for the company but not a full requirement for the role.
- Experience within SaaS
- Experience working within Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and/or Financial Services industries
- Track record of working with tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation Package:
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits
New York Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000
