Senior UX/UI Designer

​We are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to join our Compliance and Anti-Fraud Team. The team's mission is to support all IDT Products.

In this position, you will:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user and process flows, CJMs and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key results to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and adjust designs accordingly.
• Use, promote, and amend design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your product design skills.
• Responsibility, time management, planning, prioritization and self-organization skills.
• Tolerance to uncertainty, information gathering and decision making skills.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows and design systems.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to human interaction.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Good skills in interface animations.
• Experience in creating clickable and functional prototypes.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• User-Centric approach: Conducted user research and usability testing for enhanced user experiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Good level of English – B1 or higher.
