The Senior Value Analyst will manage VM content, develop and maintain VM reporting frameworks, trackers, and dashboards, conduct market research, and coordinate with sales enablement, product, and field teams to support and organize all VM-led sales enablement sessions. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to set priorities, ensure coverage, and support the global value management team in the development of innovative VM related assets/collateral.

As a Senior Value Analyst you will:

• Oversee the management of Value Management content on Highspot and VM drive, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.

• Develop and maintain VM reporting frameworks, trackers, and dashboards to track and communicate Value Management metrics and outcomes on a weekly basis.

• Administer and manage the VM Slack channel, ensuring effective communication and resource sharing.

• Collaborate closely with value management, sales, product and industry leaders to set priorities and track VM coverage across goes..

• Conduct market and competitive research and/or support VM team with robust data analysis to enable the creation of VM assets pertaining to various sales plays.

• Coordinate with sales enablement, product, and field teams as appropriate to support and organize all VM-led sales enablement sessions (KTCs, Friday Tech calls, Office hours, etc.).

We're excited about you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

• MBA preferred

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent multitasking skills.

• Experience as a market research analyst or in a similar role, with knowledge of data warehousing and mining.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for statistical research and analysis.

• Understanding of various cloud vendor pricing models (user licensing, subscription, and consumption) and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
